eBay UK is partnering with Multiverse to offer professional apprenticeships and AI upskilling for eligible business sellers.
The training opportunity is part of eBay's obligations under the Apprenticeship Levy, a government initiative that enables businesses to fund apprenticeship training at no extra commercial cost.

Considerations for businesses
- We recommend that you have at least 8 employees, given there is a time commitment for your employees to participate in the upskilling programme
- Please consider offering this to candidates who would most benefit from accelerated development and/or an additional qualification, e.g. those from disadvantaged socioeconomic backgrounds or who didn’t attend university
- The intention is not to hire or onboard any new recruits for your organisation via this apprenticeship programme, it is exclusively for upskilling existing team members
Considerations for employees
- You must have the right to work in the UK, or have lived in the UK or EEA for the last 3 years
- You must be an existing full-time employee, who will be able to commit an average of 6 hours per week for 12-15 months to participate in the upskilling programme
- You must be able to apply the skills you’ll develop directly into your role, so that you can use the programme to build your impact on the job
- You must not have already completed similar training previously
Applications close on July 4 2025 and eligible businesses will then be invited to join a kick-off webinar with Multiverse to learn more about the Apprenticeship Levy, training provided, and how to enroll before the official start date in September 2025.
